Residence permit for investors (applicants talent passport):
- investments in the amount of at least 300 thousand euros in tangible or intangible assets, either directly or through a company in which the applicant has at least 30% of the shares,
- possession of at least 10% of the shares of the company in relation to which the applicant is an investor,
- creation (preservation) of jobs for four years after making investments,
- status of permanent residence after 5 years of continuous residence in the country,
- the possibility of accelerated application for citizenship (language skills, integration exam).
Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:
- sufficient financial resources,
- housing in France (long term rental or property),
- medical insurance,
- no threat to public order and security.
Residence permit for financially independent persons (visitor "visa"):
- initially issued for a period of 1 year,
- with subsequent annual renewal,
- including spouse, children under 18,
- without the right to work,
- without the possibility of family reunification,
- status of permanent residence after 5 years of continuous residence in the country,
- the possibility of applying for citizenship in 10 years,
- recognized dual citizenship.
Conditions for obtaining a visa:

- housing in France (long term rental or property),
- medical insurance (including repatriation and civil liability).
