Permanent residence for investors:

• the time of obtaining the status of permanent residence - 2 months,
• including spouse, partner in a civil marriage, children without age restrictions,
• with the right to work,
• does not require accommodation in Malta,
• recognized dual citizenship.
   

Conditions for obtaining permanent residence:

• the purchase of residential real estate in Malta in the amount of not less than 320 thousand euros or rent at a rate of 12 thousand euros per year,
• payment of state duty in the amount of 30 thousand euros, plus an additional 5 thousand euros for a parent & grandparent,
• investment in Malta's government bonds in the amount of 250 thousand euros for a period of 5 years.
