Permanent residence for investors:

• the time of obtaining the status of permanent residence - 2 months,
• does not require accommodation in Cyprus
• including spouse, partner in a civil marriage, children under 24 years old,
• without the right to work,
• recognized dual citizenship.
   

Conditions for obtaining permanent residence:

• the purchase of residential or non-residential property in Cyprus in the amount of not less than 300 thousand euros,
• stable, confirmed annual income outside of Cyprus in the amount of not less than 30 thousand euros,
• deposit in a Cyprus bank in the amount of at least 30 thousand euros for a period of 3 years.
