Residence: Netherlands (passport - 186 territories of visa-free entry)
Residence permit for investors:
- the residence permit is initially issued for a period of up to 3 years with a subsequent extension for 5 years,
- including spouse, children under 18,
- with the right to work,
- permanent residence status after 5 years of residence,
- the possibility of applying for citizenship after 5 years of continuous residence (knowledge of the language, integration diploma),
- dual citizenship is not recognized.
Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:
- an investment of 1.25 million euros in a local company, directly or through a fund, and adding additional value to the economy of the Netherlands,
- availability of housing (rented or owned),
- adequate financial conditions,
- proof of trustworthiness,
- medical insurance.
