Residence: Luxembourg (passport - 186 territories of visa-free entry)
Residence permit for investors:
- initially issued for up to 3 years
- subsequent renewal for up to 3 years,
- including spouse, partner in a civil marriage, children under the age of 18 years,
- without right to work
- requires a stay in Luxembourg for at least 183 days a year,
- status of permanent residence - after 5 years,
- application for citizenship - if the conditions of the integration agreement are fulfilled - in 5 years,
- recognized dual citizenship.
Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:
- investments in the amount of 500 thousand euros in the existing Luxembourg company,
- investments in the amount of 500 thousand euros in a new company with the organization of at least 5 jobs over 3 years,
- 3 million euros investment in Luxembourg holding;
- a deposit of 20 million euros at a financial institution in Luxembourg for a period of at least 5 years.
