EB-5 investor visa:

• the time of receiving a conditional Green Card for a period of 2 years is 18 - 24 months,
• the time of filing a petition for the removal of the convention is 21 months after receiving the Green Card,
• the time of receipt of a permanent Green Card is 5 years,
• including spouse, children under 21,
• with the right to work
• requires living in the United States at least 180 days a year for citizenship,
• recognized dual citizenship.
   

Conditions for obtaining a visa:

• investment in the project of creating a new enterprise in the amount of not less than 1 million US dollars,
• investment in the project of the Regional Center in the amount of not less than 500 thousand US dollars,
• creating at least 10 jobs for qualified employees or retaining the existing staff for at least 2 years,
• participation in enterprise management.
