Residence: Germany (passport - 188 territories of visa-free entry)
Residence permit:
- the initial date of issue is 1 year, with a subsequent extension for 1 year,
- including spouse and children under 18,
- without the right to work,
- status of permanent residence after 5 years (certificate of knowledge of the language B1),
- citizenship after 10 years (certificate B2)
- dual citizenship is not recognized.
Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:
- the availability of elite real-estate owned by a private individual, several owners (spouses), a company whose majority shareholders are the applicant and his spouse,
- bank account (at least 1 million euros),
- medical insurance,
- life insurance policy.
